Do you service regional NSW?
No. We’re strictly focused on Sydney city and metropolitan areas.
Can you clean multiple offices in different locations?
Yes. Each site is quoted and scoped individually to ensure tailored service.
How many meetings does it normally take to quote?
We typically need only one meeting because our quoting process includes a detailed cleaning specification.
Can you give an estimate over the phone?
We don’t provide quotes without viewing the premises, as each location has unique requirements.
Do you provide domestic cleaning?
No. We focus exclusively on commercial and office cleaning. We do not service homes or residential properties.
Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?
No. We offer no lock-in contracts. You stay with us because you’re happy with the service, not because you’re locked in.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. If you’re not 100% satisfied after the first month, we’ll provide three months of complimentary cleaning.
Can I get a custom cleaning plan?
Absolutely. All of our services are tailored to your schedule, premises, and cleaning priorities.

Do you clean after hours?
Yes. We specialise in after-hours and 24/7 availability to minimise disruption to your business.
Can you clean during business hours?
No. Our team works exclusively after-hours to avoid inconvenience and prevent cross-traffic during our processes.
Will you clean every fortnight or month?
While possible, we recommend weekly cleans. They’re more cost-effective and maintain a consistently high standard without needing deep cleans every visit.
Do you provide one-off cleans?
Yes. We offer one-time deep cleans, spring cleans, and post-renovation cleans in addition to ongoing services.
Do you clean windows and carpets?
Yes. We provide internal and external window cleaning, as well as steam and low-moisture carpet cleaning.
What areas do you clean in an office?
Workstations, boardrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, entryways, common areas, windows, floors, and more.
Do you clean homes, hotels, or supermarkets?
We specialise in office and commercial spaces. While we might assist with some non-office locations, they often require specialist services, so please contact us to discuss.
Can I bundle services together?
Yes. Many clients bundle regular cleaning with window, carpet, and spring cleaning for added value.
Are your cleaning products eco‑friendly?
Yes. We use PEFC-certified, Australian-made products that are low-residue, low-odor, and allergy-friendly.
How is BCS different from other commercial cleaners?
We specialise exclusively in office cleaning. By focusing on one service, we maximise efficiency and quality.
What are the typical functions performed during an office clean?
We dust furniture, vacuum carpets and upholstery, mop floors, clean kitchens and bathrooms, restock supplies, disinfect high-touch surfaces, and empty bins.

What if I have problems with the cleaners?
For minor issues, use our Cleaners Book. For more significant matters, contact our Operations Manager directly via email or phone.
How quickly can I reach the Operations Manager?
Our Operations Manager is highly responsive. Most inquiries are addressed on the same day.
Safety & Compliance
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes. We are fully insured for Public Liability ($20M) and Workers Compensation in accordance with NSW law.
Do your cleaners receive WH&S training?
Yes. Every cleaner is inducted in safe work procedures and site-specific requirements before starting.
Can I see your safety documentation?
Yes. We can provide risk assessments, MSDS, certificates of currency, and other compliance documents upon request.
What chemicals do you use?
We use safe, effective, and environmentally responsible products. MSDS sheets are available for all products we use.
Do you conduct site inspections?
Yes. We conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and address any issues proactively.

What happens after I sign up?
You’ll be contacted by our Operations Manager to organise a site orientation with your dedicated cleaner and trainer.
Can I change or update my services?
Yes. We’re flexible and happy to adjust your services to suit any changes in your business or premises.
Do you clean regional NSW?
No. Our service area is limited to Sydney metropolitan locations.
