The service guarantee
Our team of experienced cleaners prioritise customer satisfaction. In fact, we are so confident in our superior services that if you’re not 100% satisfied with the job at the 1 month mark, we’ll offer you cleaning services for three months completely free of charge.
In the pursuit of quality and fairness, we will appoint a third party inspections officer, at our expense, who will review the work completed. If the officer agrees that parts of the cleaning scope were not satisfactorily completed, then Building Cleaning Services will provide three months of the original agreement completely free of charge
Building Cleaning Services does not refund any digital training product.
